Globe anti-billshock plan no capping

I also got the same 50-GB limit last Saturday. I called the CSR and she said I exceeded the 50GB data. She said she will work on resetting the data allocation immediately instead of the month-end regular schedule which she did. The only problem now is that I can no longer use data beyond 50GB. Previous volume usage is 100-130GB during the past 6 months.
 
may nakakaranas ba nito hindi maka login sa mga forum sites.. tulad dito sa symbianize di maka login... gumamit lang ako ng usurf para makalogin...

Did some back-reading today. Madami na ngang affected ng 50GB-cap. I wonder why? Hehe.
Mine is good... so far.
Average monthly usage ko siguro is 100-120GB lang pero di ko naexperience ang speed throttling.
Enjoyin habang nanjan pa. Hehe.
 
sa akin naman i regret to upgrade my plan from 2mbps to 10mbps. free upgrade offered from there loyalty team. kaya pinatos ko. In my plan 1199 i didn't experience a bandwidth limit thought 20gb per month lang sya. I guess they had a glitch between my account kaya? pero nung plan 1299 na dun ko na experience ang capping nila. grabe ng bilis umikot ang metro nila. kainis. until i reached my 50gb data allowance na. I called their CSR and asked them why im experiencing super low connection kasi dapat 1mbps up pa din ang connection ko since 30percent from my availed plan ang magiging connection ko kaso di nila masagot-sagot. Nakaka-init lang ng ulo.

Wala naman atang 50gb na cap ah. Ung mga nagsasabi na na throttle na sila yan ung mga nagsesell ng infinity sim aka gosurf999 + abs. Running 129gb data na saakin nireset ko ng january 3 this year, as of now good padin ang speed. Ung ginagamit ng father ko gosurf 999 + abs with credit limit 201 at nasa makati area siya running 86gb na. Ung kapatid ko na ginagamit niya sa pagaaral sa school at pagdownload ng anime gosurf 999 + abs 501 credit limit running 66gb data going smooth padin la union area. Huwag kayo magpaniwala sa mga nagpopost jan na nakakaranas na sila ng legendary 20kbps / .020mbps. Sige lang ng sige huwag kayo matakot magdownload ng malalaking data.

Same padin experience, as of lastweek kumuha mga kawork ko ng sim ayun hataw sila download, almost tig 80gb sila pareho dahil sa sale sa pstore asia.
 
cno na po mga nkaranas dto na twice na nacapped ung sim nla dec at jan gamit ang infinity sim?
 
Observation ko lng mga ka-SB. The 50GB limit was imposed on my account on the seventh month (January 2017) of my subscription which is also the end of the 6-month lock-in period when I bought the sim from Globe. If I remember correctly when I first subscribed to Globe's 3mbps broadband plan in 2010, they started implementing the FUP-based data cap right after the end of the 24-month lock-in period. My conclusion is that Globe is actually enforcing the data cap/FUP once a subscriber is no longer bound by any contract with Globe which basically relieves them of any legal liability that could be tantamount to breach of contract on their part. This is just my personal observation and I could be wrong. In the school where I teach, I've talked to some of my students whose parents and relatives are actually working for the telcos and they told me that the telcos would quickly fire employees who are caught altering customer account parameters (connection speed and data allocation) which means it will be very difficult for anyone, even telco employees to get unlimited data access even if you have connections inside the telcos.

as of now gapang pa din speed ko .12kbps lang nag start ako ma capped jan 23, 2017 sabi nila ma rereset daw un automatic every 1st day of the month kya sabi ko ok lang ilang araw lang naman iintayin ko kaya cge lang...kasi nga automatic nag gegenerate daw un sa system nila para bumalik sa normal speed. pero wala din pagbabago bagsak pa din ang speed as of now feb 1 2017 kaya nag decide ako itiawag sa CS nila at aun lumabas ang kasinungalin ng globe na yan ma rereset daw ung acct ko every billing cycle of the month which is sa 13th pa un sakin ...so ganun katagal ako mag iintay sa punyetang globe na yan sa umpisa ka lanng padadamahin after 2 months kalbaryo na at eto pa sabi ngaun january 2017 lang nag service maintenace daw sila kaya lahat ng nka gnyan plan daw eh 50gb nalang limit nag ask ako kung sakali gusto ko pa terminate pwede naman daw basta babayaran ko ung remaining months ko...ganyan ang katarantaduhan ng policy ng GLOBE dahil daw sa contract na pinirmahan ko un daw nakasaad...well ang sabi ko BULLSHIT ang policy nyo dahil sa pinangako nyo na good service quality ng internet nyo na may anti bill shock pa kya ako nag avail nyan nasan na un sabii nyo na never ma cacaped, never ma eexperience ang throttle unlimited ang data wala isang salita yang GLOBE na yan sila ang sumisira sa contract nilang BULOK

ibang plan po to ang sinasabi nila sir. sa pocket wifi po to na plan. ang atin po is broadband,. ka inis nga eh 1 week palang usad pagong na ang internet. 144p nalang nag hindi nag buffer sa youtube. tainis

I'm thinking of cutting my plan na. Super bagal ng connection lalo na pag 6PM to 10pm di ko magamit gamit ung data. Tsk ... Sayang 1,500 a month

same here mas malala yung sa akin redmode sa 4g di ko na alam kung ano nangyayari sa account ko ilang beses na ako pumunta sa globe center kase sabi ng customer service sa akin eh try ko lang ichange ang sim pero nag declines ung globe center sa request ko kase nga daw na hit ko daw yung 5ogb FUP nila sabi ng customer service sakin eh every 1st of the month babalik daw ulit sa dati pero wala parin, iba iba version nila, sa globe center nagtanong ako sa agent eh sabi sa cutoff date daw babalik sa dati ung speed ko pero wala parin hahai anong klaseng serbisyo to! tapos hindi pa friendly yung customer service agent nila sa globe center sila pa yata nagagalit tapos nagtatanong lang ako ng maayos sasagutin lang ng pagalit :upset::upset::upset::upset::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:

Plano ko rin ipa cut yung plan ko sobrang sayang ng binabayad ko, sobrang bagal pa tapos yung billing cycle ko ay nakakalito nashoshock nalang ako eh kakabayad ko lang tapos pag tingin ko ult sa account ko sa dashboard ng globe eh may bill na naman ni hindi ko nagamit ung sim automatic pa 1500 ung bill hahay ayoko ko na! ilang beses na nagkaproblema ung sim ko
