Globe anti-billshock plan no capping

Nakareceive din ako ng deathnote ni globe kahapon mga sir. Grabe gapang ang LTE. Tinawagan ko CSR nila kanina.Nagexceed daw ng 50GB ung usage ko kaya nai-shift nila sa lower speed connection ko. Average monthly usage ko sir is 200Gb at monthly bill cut off ko is 17th. Sabi ng CSR-Globe i re-refresh daw nila sa system ung account ko. Obserbahan ko na lang kung bumalik sa dati.

Dun sa may mga time jan, let's join forces para mag email sa Globe at NTC about sa FUP na naimplement sa GoSurf plans, may nakausap kasi ako na taga NTC din and he analyzed na clear daw na may violation si globe, all they need is yung majority magreklamo, I will qoute yung violation nila na pwede nyo isend kay globe through email

Yes the FUP is approved by the NTC, but looks like globe has some violation;

First: the implementation of FUP in GoSurf plans has not been properly disseminated. The subscribers has been in shock when this FUP has been implemented.

Second: there is no clear information either in business center or in your website on how much data can a GoSurf plan subscriber with AntiBillShock can use before throttling.

Third: there are just cases where throttling is just random, as per evidences and observation in different users and forums.

With that circumstances it is clear that globe has been violated what NTC has approved.

Let's all email this to globe and NTC non stop, wala naman mawawala eh, let them know na alam natin kung ano ung nanagyayari.

NTC has approved Globe's FUP dahil sa ganda ng presentation at alibis nila. But it is clear na when NTC approved FUP dito sa Pilipinas, they said na ang subscribers must be fully informed of what they will get in a plan and the conditions in it, kasama yun sa agreement sa approval ng FUP which globe fails to do so. Inconsistent yung info, iba iba yung data cap, iba iba din ang date of throttling and random lang ang natthrottled. Wala din info kahit sa website nila
 
throttled narin ako to 0.35kbps grabe hnd nag reset ung data ko bwisit na globe yan updated pako magbayad tsk

tama. walang pasabi kung ilan talaga consumable ni abs. parang tsambahan lang or power tripping. dati, 120 gb capped sa 23rd, ngayon 189 capped sa 19. lokohan is real

Ngayon guys, questionin natin ang globe kung bakit sila nagiimplement ng capping na hndi naman sakop sa FUP

Threshold ang tawag dun sa pag slow ng connection kapag sobrang taas na ng usage ng isang account, nasa discretion na ng ISP yan kung d ka sang ayon pwede ka mag request ng termination ng account at hopefully ma-waived ung nga charges, sasabihin na naman ng Globe they can modify or change anything without prior notice.
 
sinu nag rereset d2 ung di taga maningil process first para iwas scam
 
Called Globe customer service just now at ang sabi sa akin ay 50GB/month nalang ang max data allocation for GoSurf Plans regardless kung naka ABS pa. Is this the end? :upset:
 
may working solution jan sa throttled. nagkadeathnote din ako nung 18. backread nalang kayo.
