Globe anti-billshock plan no capping

Khit mababa SL mo bsta naka "no barring" na sim mo hndi mag slow down speed pwera nlng kung napadlhan ka ng deathnote ni G :lol::lol:

Pinaactivate ko na rin to last month pa so far never pa naman akong nakatanggap ng death note. Plan 1799 saken na 11GB lang and kakarefresh lang nya nung 11th. Ung pinakamalaki ko palang naconsume is 85GB. Di ko alam kung ano gagawin ko para masagad ko sya ng mga 500GB para matest talaga. Hehe!

Based sa pagkakaexplain saken ng CS, kapag pinatanggal mo ung *barring* is kahit lumagpas ka sa SL mo e di mapuputol line mo. So I guess it has something to do dun sa limit ng account mo.
 
mga sir possible ba na ibang tao mag process ng termination ng plan? naka ABS plan din ako pero planning to end na kasi panget na ng offer

First time kong makareceive ng death note just after 3 days pagkarefresh ng cycle ko. Running at 23GB pero nung nagspeedtest ako nasa 18.8 Mbps pa naman. I was expecting it to be around 1-2 Mbps nalang. Ganon ba talaga yun?

UPDATE:

As of 0200H, unstable na data signal ko from H+ to 4G. I restarted my phone and this time nagstick na sya sa 4G but problem is di na makapagspeedtest. I tried OpenSignal and guess what?

2900ms ang ping and 1kbps ang speed ng DL. :upset:

Ano'ng pwedeng gawin since 26 days pa bago marefresh line ko? :help:

Problem kasi lang sa Smart paps e per day may capping sila kahit naka ABS ka. As far as I know, 1 GB per day lang tapos throttled speed mo. Next day refresh kaya nagdadalawang isip ako kay Smarty.

Malabo ata sir kasi malaki ang pre term fee e. Plan ko kasi is 1799 + 600 sa gadget + 1500 bill protect = 3899 monthly binabarayaran ko.

Ang naiisip ko nalang is mag upgrade sana sa Platinum kasi 3799 na unli talaga prob is un nga ung pre term fee malaki pa kasi kumuha ako ng S7 edge kasama sa plan.
 
di na naawa mga installer nayan ang laki ng binabayaran ko nagtanong ako sa kanila di manlang sinabi meron pala ng ganyan...salamat sir sa info aaply na po ako..sayang bayad eh..

sulit sa comp.shop yan if nakakakuha ng speed atleast 30-50mbps hehe fibr na halaga nyan
 
May 1500 unli plan ba ang globe?

Wala po unless base plan mo is zero. :lol:

Bale ang in place now is kuha ng pinakamababa na plan tapos plus 1500 on top.

Just to share my experience when I called CS earlier today dahil sa pending dispute ko and dahil na rin sa throttled speed ko. Sabi ko kung pwede refresh, pwede naman daw pero di pa rin guaranteed na di babagal net ko which is un nga ang nangyari.

Ngayon, when I asked kung magkano nalang pre term fee ko kasi I was planning to upgrade to platinum na nga, I was told na wala nakong contract! Sabi ko ang alam ko is Oct 2018 pa end nun. Nung chineck ng CS, aba ung agent na nag process ng change plan ko from lifestyle to ThePlan e kinancel pati contract ko! So, sabi ni agent saken makakaexpect ako ng pre term fee sa next bill ko pero since hindi ko namn daw talaga ni request e marereverse naman. Ayun inescalate nya na ang ko callbakan nalang ako.

Tapos tinanong ko kung mababalik pa ba contract, usually daw hindi na pag mga ganong instances. E mas pabor pa daw saken na un kasi makakapag upgrade nako to Platinum without pre term fee! Sana nga kako. :pray:

Upgrade na paps sulit naman e kasi kinonfirm ko sa platinum hotline na unli raw talaga!

Platinum All-Month Surf is subject to our Fair Use Policy, and you may experience slow browsing if your data usage is unusually high. Nevertheless, the Platinum threshold for local internet usage is at least 10 times more than those for regular Globe Postpaid plan.
