Sir double check nyo po yung details nyo sa Google Wallet (or send nyo sakin tignan ko lang). Tapos pag tama naman yung details nyo, pascreenshot nalang po nung exact error, according kasi dun sa nabasa ko sa Globe forum pag minsan daw mabagal yung internet di daw tumutuloy yung transaction.

Sir tanong lang, nkpagPa-KYC na ko at may load na gcash ko kaso dko malaman ung amex card number ko. Di po gumagana sakin ung *143# bale ginawa ko punta ko sa sim option select ko gcash then register. Tapos nun punta ulit ako gcash pero walang gcash amex na option, sana po matulungan nyo ko?

STEPS

1. Kuha kang GCASH account muna. Dial *143# on your phone

2. Go to #8 GCASH and #1 Register. Tapos sundin mo lang yung mga hinihingi. Ngayon may GCASH account ka na. Ang habol natin GCASH AMEX. Magkaiba 'tong dalawang to.

3. Para magkaroon kang GCASH AMEX, punta ka sa Globe store o kaya sa partner store tapos pa-KYC ka. Libre yun, pero need mo ng atlis 100 pesos sa GCASH account mo para sa verification at isang valid ID (2 times ka kasi iveverify, una sa GCASH AMEX, tapos yung sunod sa Google Play Store. Tig 50 yun, kaya 100 pesos na ikarga mo para di kana mamroblema). Marerefund yung verification fee sayo sa loob ng 3 days.

Note: Pwede ka magload sa GCASH AMEX mo sa Globe Store mismo, sabihin mo lang magpapa "cash-in" ka ng GCASH mo.

4. After nun, dial mo ulit *143# tapos punta ka sa #8 GCASH tapos hanapin mo yung GCSAH AMEX. Piliin mo yung sign up tapos sundin mo lang yung mga hinihingi. Ngayon meron ka nang GCASH AMEX virtual card tapos free subscription sa my-shoppingbox.com (may kasamang US address at telephone number)

5. Punta ka sa email inbox mo, hanapin mo yung email galing sa my-shoppingbox.com, nakasulat dun yung username at password mo para sa website na to. Punta ka dun, tapos pindutin mo yung "SIGN IN", hindi yung "SIGN UP". Tapos log-in ka. Iprovide mo yung Philippine address and details mo, tapos after nun hanapin mo naman yung US address mo. Icopy paste mo sa notepad, eto kasi yung gagamitin mo na pangregister sa address sa Google Wallet mo.

6. Tapos, punta ka na sa Google Wallet http://www.google.com/wallet

8. Add mo card number mo, expiration date, security code CVV (yung security code yun yung 4-digit CVV number ng AMEX card, kaiba yun nung MPIN) and US billing address. Kung di mo alam security code mo, request ka ng bago sa *143 or sa GCASH app sa Android. Antay lang dumating yung security code sa text.

9. Magkakaroon ng verification test charge na ibabawas sa account mo, around $1 o PHP 46.00 lang naman. Marerefund naman to after 2-3 days. Para lang masigurado na active yung card mo.

10. Once na verified na GCASH AMEX card mo, pwede ka na bumili ng gems sa Clash of Clans.

11. Punta ka sa Clash of Clans Shop

12. Piliin mo yung gem amount na gusto mo. Sa picture ko pinili ko 500 gems for 225 pesos.

Hi kasymb! Nosebleed ako hehe. Wala naman akong nakikitang issue sa mga email address na registered mo.

Check mo muna kung:
1) Sapat yung funds ng GCASH mo
2) Tama yung address na nakalagay sa iTunes account mo at kung kapareho nun yung sa GCASH mo
3) Tignan mo kung yung country mo eh nakaset sa USA at hindi sa Pinas

Kainis naman yang Apple support na yan hindi man lang sumubok tumulong.
