kung Soft bad sector aka Logical bad sector. pwede ka gumamit ng http://www.hdtune.com/
kung bad sector aka Physical bad sector, Do a chkdsk c: /f /r para ma mark ang bad sectors or pwede ka mag full format(quick format will not map out bad sectors).
If you found many failing sectors or physical bad sectors, best solution is to replace your hard disk with new one.
