HELP! 15-20mins. bootup, after Windows7 install

pag format ko po ng hd naginstall ako ng Windows7 success naman po siya pero 15-20mins yung inaantay ko bago siya mag start at pag nag open ng folders ano po kaya dapat gawin ko? Help plss TIA.

Tingin kami ng specs ng PC/laptop pati version ng windows7.
Baka naman kailangan 32bit lang dapat pero 64bit nilagay mo
or nag uupdate yung windows kaya ganon. Check mo kung naka auto update ka.

netbook po kaya 32bit lang pinili ko, pero sobrang bagal nya talaga mag response pag startup saka pag mag oopen ka ng mga folder sobra po bagal, di po sya connected sa internet kaya tongin ko po hindi sya nag uupdate

First thing first. msconfig,terminate unneccessary services running on the system, Second go the the Service manager and Disabled unwanted services. Third. Uninstall junk programs( if there any) then fourth. Clean& Defragment your Drives, Fifth Check your Drive for Bad sectors, Sixth Antivirus :Computer Maintenance

if my suggestion didn't do the trick then I assume it's hardware related. But if it is. then check you Power source that's the first thing you must checked, and then your Ram will be the second

grabe namang tagal ng bootup na yun... hindi naman kaya me virus yung installer mo or yung isa sa mga USB mo dyan? kung yung pagformat mo eh yung galing sa hardisk ng laptop mo by "restore default factory settings" ng laptop mo. wala naman sigurong virus... sadyang me pumapalyang hardware part dyan sa laptop mo... hardisk or ram. kung by DVD at USB... reformat na lang ulet by DVD then pa scan mo muna sa ibang pc yung mga USB mo na may driver/software installer mo bago mo isalpak yan sa laptop mo at baka mahawa ulet.
