Help! About our rights in our church

Diko alam san ipopost to pero is about our church so dito nalang..
Mga brod/sis ,,hihingi lang po ako ng tulong or advice about sa problem of our church about rights,,so here's the problem...

Ganito kasi yan sa ngayun we devided into two leaders,,ang aming church..sabihin na nating administration 1 and admin 2..our church was built in admin1 term,,now we belong into admin 2..sa church member namin mostly were all family,,mabibilang lang sa daliri ang hindi..at nahati kami sa dalawang leaders...to make story short ito kami ngayun,,yung iba is nasa admin 1,,nagpatayo sila ng church in other place but were same municipality,,lumipas ang mga taon ok na sana,,but now suddenly pumunta mga pastors nila sa amin na gusto nila bawiin ang church..

NOw about naman sa documents is this...the church was belong to (THE NAME OF OUR CHURCH) at yung lupa naman is naka donate sa name ng pastor namin ngayun na kasama namin sa admin2 na ngayun..at ang naka register po sa SEC na church namin now is admin 2 dahil yung admin 1 ay napabayaan nila ng maramin taon,,kaya kinuha ng admin 2 at pina rehistro ulit kung baga pina update...
NOW my question is "MAY RIGHTS BA KAMI SA CHURCH??SANA NAMAN PO MAY MAKATULONG,,MARAMING SALAMAT ..GOD BLESS US ALL.TY

AT sya nga po pala sa panahon na pinatayo yung church namin is kunting financialy lang daw talaga naitulong ng admin 1,,mostly is ang pastor namin ang naghanap ng paraan na maipatayo.. sabihin na natin na sa 10% is mga 4% ang natulong ng admin 1,,

My POV

i assumed "corporation" ang church nyo since registered sa SEC. You can check your articles of incorporation kung sino may right when it comes to acquiring, selling, holding etc of properties owned by the corporation. If your church is a "corporation sole" , then it could be the head of the church (presiding elder, chief archbishop, etc).

And sabi mo, there was an update sa SEC (di ko lang gets ung pinarehistro ulit), you can check the amended articles, there, you might find who has/have the right.

napaka common ng problemang ito, halos lahat ng church ganito nangyayari, hindi si christo ang ulo,,si pastor ang head, pwede po ,alaman saang church ito? mostly born again christian to nangyayari e, pero hindi talaga maiiwasan mga ganitong prob sa church.

Nkapangalan pala sa pastor mo ngayon yun lupa meaning siya ang may right sa property ninyo..wala silang mgagawa kung dahil legal matters iyon...wala na silang habol dyan...nagpatayo na sila ng bago diba bkit ginugulo pa kayo...pabarangay mo lol

I'm not qualified either but seems to be a straightforward case. The property itself is named after the pastor from your side right? Then by common sense it should be yours.

I suggest actually consulting a lawyer who knows these kinds of laws. Better be sure than sorry. Presenting an argument with actual legal backing is the best way to go.
