HELP (Advise) need to know the basics on LF best laptop/pc specs

Hi guys, need ko lang ng magagaling niyong suggestions sa magandang specs ng laptop for gaming and school works. (Sims3, old games like sacred, giant) dota and GTA. [Looking for affordable 2nd hand ones :')] also for macbook sana.

ps - recommended brands nrin po sana?

Also, murang build po for pc for the same reason.
