PLDT [HELP]Blocking facebook app and URL PLDTDSL

Good Day po mga boss! Ask po sana ako assistance kung pano or if possible po ma block ang facebook both URL and app sa PLDTDSL default router nya na Speedsurf 540AN.
Na try ko po ung URL Blocking nya sa ibang website, umaandar nman, pro pag dating po sa facebook na aaccess parin. I hope po may maka tulong, thanks in advance.

kailangan mo na ng tomato router dyan sa case ko ganito ginawa ko

- gawin bridge mode ang modem ng pldt
- ikabit sa tomato router
- mag register sa opendns
- pag naka register punta ka sa network tapos add ka, type mo home tapos sa custom filtering, check mo yung social media websites
- ilagay ang opendns sa dns setting ng tomato
- sa ddns, piliin ang opendns at ilagay ang user credential mo doon tapos ilagay mo din yung network name na ginawa mo which is home
- punta ka sa advance tapos DHCP/DNS, check mo yung DNS intercept.

yan ok na yan,block na si facebook after 3-10mins.

in the future, kung gusto mo pa mag block ng ibang websites, gagawin mo na sa opendns.

Sir, na install ko na.. Working po! Kaso, sa 1 laptop lang gumagana. Meron ba ibang way na lahat ng magko-connect sa wifi signal ko eh ma-block ang facebook? Yun sanang simple way/app lang.
