Basta hindi loose yung charging port nya, Unplug the cable then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds tapos plug mo agad sa charger wait ka 1 to 2 minutes taos on mo ult. Ganun kasi troubleshooting namin ng nag technical support ako ng mga Kindle Devices. Try mo lang kung mag work din sa cherrymobile mo.
