depende po kung anu gamay mo,pareho silang maganda kasi yan pareho gamit ko ngayun,ang pinagkaiba lang po nila,,yung photoshop ay bitmap.good for editing pictures,,corel draw naman po ay vectors,good for creating designs like logo or mga pang tshirt printing design,,etc..
