boot ka safe mode, create new user, offline mode. reboot in normal mode, login dun sa bago mong account, tapos manage users, set mo yung old user mo sa offline mode. logout, tapos login mo dun sa dati mong user account. pag di pa din gumana login ka ulit sa new account. copy mo lahat ng files from the previous account.

tama, reformat mo na lang, mas stable ang windows 10 compare sa windows 8.
gamit ka ng isang desktop or laptop unta ka sa C:\Users view hidden files mo copy mo ung Default folder tpos unta ka sa affected device replace mo ung C:\Users default folder galing sa working device.
