Sinubokan kong mag install ng ubuntu and debian (in different hard disk) alongside with my pre-installed os which is windows 7! I waited for almost 3 hours but still not working, hindi naman sya naka-hang kasi i can move the mouse pointer and shutdown my pc with shutdown button! Sinubokan kong mg install ng ubuntu and debian in the same hard disk(nkapartition) sa pamamagitan ng pagtanggal ng ibang hard disk(which is where the Win7 os installed)!

Baka nagka-problema sa boot set-up yan. Nasunod mo ba yung installation guide sa debian.org?

Try mo mag-fresh install ng debian uli.
Kung windows ang main os mo then sa windows ka mag-install: Booting from Windows

Download mo ang EasyBCD. May free version nman yan.
