• Reseat or replace the CMOS battery. (Screwdriver)
Remove the battery for 30 or more minutes and put it back again. If you open the computer and you always need to change the time again, you should consider replacing it.
• Reseat everything in the System unit. (Screwdriver)
Reseat the SATA cable, the wires that connect from the motherboard (make sure to unplug both ends of it), RAM, and any expansion cards (which like RAM, it is also in the slot but is attached with a screw in the side of the PC.
• Reseat the CPU
If you think that the CPU might come loose or might have not been properly installed, then remove the CPU for 3 minutes and put it back again.
• Remove each piece of non-essential hardware one at a time
If your PC runs with only the essential hardware left, then replace the components that you removed.
• Test Your PC on a Power On Self Test Card. Plug the card in the expansion slots in the motherboard.

Yung sakin naman no display din pero na oon off ko naman yung numlock at umiilaw naman yung keyboard at mouse

Since may sign sya ng power, puwede mong subukan ito.

Try ko itong CMOS Solution at sana mabuhay yung desktop ko..


PS:

Tinry ko boot yung desktop without the memory, wala siyang beeping sound

Chineck ko na rin yung video card and dinefault ko na siya using motherboard built in video card

Baka naman power supply, tinanggal ko yung optical drive, and isang hard drive

wala pa rin lumalabas sa monitor

Minsan kasi kahit magbawas ka na nang mga Devices, once na pumalya ang Generic PSU ay hirap na talaga mag bukas.

Most likely PSU problem yang na e encounter mo.
