Good day, question lang paano po ma fix hindi kasi ma read ng pc yung mga insert na usb galing sa phone.

nacheck ko ito. nag google na ako pero hindi ko makita solution.

update mo yung driver niya sa pc

kahit i update ko walang nangyayari. dahil yata windows update blocker?

na try mo na mag change ng connector? or saksak sya sa ibang port?

kung di makuha sa win update, try mo idownload yun samsung kies software, bale software na mismo magpoprovide ng driver ng phone mo...

update... ko lang nag format na lang yung Windows 10 pro 1703. okay na siya kahit naactivate na yung windows update blocker. thanks
