have you tried using SP flash tool?
Help pls.. I got a Huawei Ascend g610-u20.. bgla nalang sya nagre-reboot ng kusa.. for example nag google map ako or wattpad or even FB bigla nalang namamatay.. ang masaklap pa, lahat ng data ka like sms, call log, pictures before sya nag-off eh nabubura lahat pag on.. pro yung mga old andun pa dn... nag-try na dn ako hard reset wala pa dn.. yun pa dn ang nangyayari.. lahat ng important sms ko before mag-reboot deleted lahat.. sorry hindi po ako techie kaya kung may magtuturo po ng gagawin pls yung instructions sana po pakilinaw. ksi nag-try ako basahin yung previous messages sa thread na'to kaya lang wala ko naintindihan. thanks in advance po.
