Hello guys! Gusto ko lang po sana magpatulong regarding sa aking Huawei Nova 3

Issue: Screen not working (Tried going to repair shop sabi yung board na raw may prob)

Gusto ko po sana ma recover yung Files ko pero I can't access my phone sa Desktop kasi nga need i-unlock and my touchscreen is not working.

I tried plugging in and entered in recovery boot pero it requires HiSuite. And sa HiSuite Software ang sabi "your device is not compatible"

Anyone can help me please? Thank you in advance!
