[HELP] LAN error after reformatting Windows 7

Yan po kakaformat ko lang po ng windows 7 64bit
Minsan nag eerror din ng "gateway default not available" tsaka yan local area connection doesn't have valid ip config.

Di ko po maupdate mga drivers kasi di makaconnect sa internet.
Phone lang po pala gamit kong net bali nakikiwifi sa kapitbahay tapos tether lang using phone to pc

Processor: amd a6 6400k radeon hd 3.89ghz
OS: newly formatted Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Ram: 6.00gb (5.49gb usable)
