Magandang araw po, pwede po ba hingi ng tulong sa mga technician jan ng Laptop..

Specs: ACER ASPIRE
E14 E5-473-387A
SNID: 54701279034

Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise 64Bit

Problem: Ayaw Gumana ng WiFi kahit ok na sa Device Manager. Isang USB port lang ang gumagana. Hindi kona alam pano e trouble shoot. thanks po sa maka tulong o mka bigay ng ideas..
