Help namam bigla na lang nag hindi daw genuine yung windows 7 na gamit kasi na off ko while booting pa, ang nangyari tuloy hindi mka connect sa internet, laging " identifying" lang , ayoko sa reformat laptop ko kasi dami files e,pano ba to try ko na lahat ng tut sa youtube ayaw gumana, magkano kaya pa trouble shoot nito. Monumneto caloocan area pwede ako ty
