[HELP] Laptop HDD disk usage full 100% how to fix?

Pa tulong naman po yung hdd ko po kasi laging 100% disk usage pag titigna sa taskmanager ,marami nakong na try pero wala parin kaya bumili ako ng ssd na fix kaso tanong lng po kung pwede pa pong maayos yung hdd na format ko narin tas pag pinasahan ko 100% nanaman disk usage sobrang bagal...
Pa tulong naman po sa mga marunong jan..thanks!
 
Na try mo na po bang formattin ang HDD as slave?
