Help! Laptop problems

Mga boss patulong ayaw na magopen sa windows ng laptop ko after ko siya i-refresh, kahit i hard reset ko ganto lagi yung na labas na error 0xc0000001. Nag system diagnostics nadin ako at ok naman yung lahat. Ayaw din mag acess through safe mode. Need help mga idol.

Damage na ang SAM(Security Account Manager) system file.
