Laravel 5.8 Migration Problem

pa help naman about sa migration ko
di ko alam kung anong mali dito

nag google na ako kung pano i fix eto ung sinasabi nila
pero di parin gumagana sakin

pano ko uunahin un?
di ko kasi alam pagka sunod sunorin ung migration

sabi sa stackoverflow:
Change the dates that form the first part of the migration filenames so they're in the order you want (eg. for 2014_06_24_134109_update_database.php, the date & time is 2014-06-24, 13:41:09);

or check mo ito

pinagsama ko na sa employees migration for testing purposes, nag work namn
