Any advise po? Mas prefer Intel Platform sana. Salamat boss sa sasagot.

drop mo muna budget mo, para alam nila kung anong i re-recommend sayo.

Anong software gamit mo TS? I use Blender 2.82a. I would suggest you invest on a decent NVIDIA graphics card. Even if you use other 3D modeling software tulad ng 3DS Max, etc., rendering via the GPU (CUDA or Optix) is almost always faster than rendering via the CPU. With that budget you can at least go for a GTX 1060 and at least 32GB or RAM.

Excel
AutoCAD
Sketchup/3DS max
Vray/Lumion
Photoshop

simultaneous sila sir.

Sa 3DS Max I think it's called Iray yung CUDA-based rendering engine nila. In my experience may mga nirirender ako dati na umaabot ng 3 to 6 hours sa CPU, pero sa GPU mga 30 to 45mins lang. And remember, this GPU (Video Card) is specific to NVIDIA. Si NVIDIA lang ang my CUDA at OptiX which is what 3D software used for rendering.

I can't give you specific brands or models. But when it comes to 3D modelling, if I where you I would invest in a large faster RAM and high-end Video Card. And also a CPU cooler is a must.

This could be a conservative yet powerful mid-range build TS. Nice @csting :)
