Help! No Adjust Screen Brightness in Windows 10

Hi guys,

Bago ako dito sa symb.

Kelangan ko tulong kc I upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 just last week after many months of stalling.

Windows 10 is okay, much speedier but ang problema ko lng eh di ko ma-adjust yung screen brightness. Walang options sa Power Settings so madali lng ma-lowbat yong lappy ko. I tried researching on youtube, Google and found solutions like i-update ko daw yung display driver and everything, eh di gumana sa akin.

So anu kaya ang dapat kong gawin para ma-resolve na talaga ito... ? Anybody who knows? Please....


My laptop model is Acer Aspire E 14 e5-473g-34f0
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 920M

Hanap ka ng driver for your hotkey, para gumana function ng Fn mo..

Actually, gumagana yung Fn. I can turn on/off the monitor, airplane mode, adjust the volume with it. Kaso pagdating sa pad.adjust ng screen brightness, Di gumagana.

bago pa lang mag booth yung pc mo sa windows i adjust mo na yung brightness. sure gagana yan. matagal ko na din problema yan sa laptop at yan lang ang solution jan

since nag migrate ka from 8 to 10, nadamay lahat ng oem (acer) softwares pati drivers burado lahat kaya kailangan mo i-download at install uli un mga apps at drivers sa acer website specifically for win 10, i think yun sa issue about brigthness control ay kailangan mo un vga driver at quick access app/e-power na pang win10

Na resolve ko na ang problema. Sa Windows Update, may Update na di pa rin mainstall, yong Intel Graphics HD. So yun, ininstall ko at ok na.
