Help No display no power keyboard, mouse

Yesterday "Monday" bumili ako ng bagong Case ng CPU. then nilipat ko yung malaman ng dati ko ng pc"working" sa bagong case,

Problem: Ayaw magboot ng CPU ko pero working yung Heatsink fan, at yung fan ng video card, mga fan ng case ay working din pero hindi nagboot wala din power sa keyboard mouse and monitor

test na ginawa ko is. inalis ko sa motherboard ang ram videocard at hdd, pero ayaw mag beep ng motherboard.
