Mga Ka symbianize, help!

Hindi na ako makapag port forward ngayon sa PLDT. Hindi ko sure kung ako lang nakakarans nito. Pero tingin ko nag upgrade na ata ng firmware ang PLDT para hindi na makapag portforward. May alam ba kayo way kung paano ko mabago yung Incoming Default Policy maging "allow" from Deny?

sir anu speedtest ng internet mo? saken kc 5mbps pero 2mbps lang nakukuha..
