panu po ayusin ung printer pag ganayn po lumalabas sa LCD nia? dati po sabi is INK WASTE PAD IS FULL so pinindot ko lng po ung OK button sa printer tas nung nagtry po ako mag print or mag deep cleaning ERROR 5b02 PLS CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER na po LUMALABAS...PLS HELP! TNX!

The printer must be in SERVICE MODE. Read the following steps .

Turn off the printer by pressing Power. Do not unplug the power cord
Press and Hold the STOP/RESET followed by pressing the POWER button. Do not remove both buttons.
Remove the STOP/RESET button but still do not release the POWER button. Press the STOP/RESET 6 times .
Then release both buttons simultaneously, the printer will be in the Service Mode .
On your computer will detect the new hardware. Ignore it.

Prepare a few sheets of paper in the printer
Run service tool v.3400

In the clear in counter absorber menu select the main black then click set, the printer will print one sheet.
In the ink absorber counter menu select the main color then click set.
Click eeprom, the printer will print one sheet.
Select auto then start printing print a test page print wait until all of the menu is complete.
Turn off your printer and then turn on the printer and you're ready to use.

If it does not work try it manually by following the steps below.

1. Turn off the printer, and USB power cable still attached.
2. Press the Stop/Reset, hold,
3. Press the On/Off button, hold
4. Press the Stop/Reset twice. "Save mode".
5. Then press again the "Stop/Reset" 4 times, "SAVE MODE, IDLE" please wait 30 seconds
6. Next press the On/Off button twice, the printer will switch off.
7. Turn on the printer.

Baka di nyo po nasunod ng maayos ang instructions. Naayos ko naman yung printer ko...

whenever i try to go for service mode after stop/reset button steady orange nakailaw na led...help ts...tagal ko na problem to ehh..thanks

may ibang problem sa printer mo sir..
try mo muna to sir before you go to service mode..

1) Turn printer on
2) Unplug the power cable for 20 seconds
3) Plug it again
4) Turn your printer on

Then you can go to service mode.. Sana makatulong!!

yung step ba na click EEPROM button, then one sheet will print...

ni-try ko po ito kaso parang na-stuck after ko i-click yung EEPROM. normal po ba yun? gano ba sya usually katagal?

na.try ko po ung procedure pero parang hindi nagana pag click ng EEPROM . help naman po mga master , mahal kasi pa.reset tapos malayo pa sa lugar namin
