There's no free domain, but you can have free "subdomain" from any free web hosting sites. For the website itself, the easiest to setup would be Wordpress. You can actually use wordpress itself (or blogspot) to host your portfolio using a subdomain.

Namecheap.com dyan ka kuha ng domain. Pero ang kunin mo .online kasi 160php lang un. Or sa godaddy 60 pesos lng .online nila.

Kung gusto mo naman ng talagang totally free, try mo Mister.net or 000WebHost.com. They can provide you with a subdomain with your free account.
Kung kailangan mo naman ng custom domain, then Godaddy and Namecheap would be a good place to start. You can just point the domain to your free mister.net or 000webhost account.

walang libreng domain subdomain lang meron. pwede ka gumamit ng wordpress para madali hanap kalang ng free template edit mo na lang then sa hosting may mga nakikita akong libre search ka nalang sa google pero limited lang pwede mo i upload kaya goodluck na lang

gawa ko na lang kayo ng website. basic website using vue/nuxt, firebase hosting. domain sa freenom, 500 for 1 year. or pwede din free webhosting lang kayo pero wordpress lang. PM sa intersado. State your budget.
