habang nagrerestore ako sa itunes,nasa 70 percent na siguro nang biglang lumabas ang ganito "This iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1)" Iphone 5c po.Sana me sulosyon pa po thank you in advance

latest version po itunes nyo?
pc po o laptop gamit nyo ?
make sure po na wala pong ibang naka saksak na usb cable sa system unit nyo..
try nyo po ulit sa likod na port nyo po isaksak cable nyo..
hardware interaction problem po yan nahihirapan iread ng pc ang iphone nyo.

what uppdates need on pc? (been using a laptop with windows 8 running)
tried another cable..still stuck at apple logo (done on 2 laptops running on windows 8)
how to force device to restart?(di q gets boss)

second hand na kasi tong phone..kung check mo ung imei nito is back dapat color ng phone pero white naman to..pero orig..
then if mag restore aq (detected naman sya nung itunes) pagkatapos mag extract ng itunes ng lates ios, then mag prepare iphone un (nag rereboot ung phone pero stuck sa apple logo) di na po sha detected ng itunes..napunta lang to sa recovery mode dahil na empty ung phone while chatting on messenger

then if mag restore aq (detected naman sya nung itunes) pagkatapos mag extract ng itunes ng lates ios, then mag prepare iphone un (nag rereboot ung phone pero stuck sa apple logo) di na po sha detected ng itunes..napunta lang to sa recovery mode dahil na empty ung phone while chatting on messenger

yung mali po sa procedures nyo di kayo nag eenter ng DFU mode.

yung mali po sa procedures nyo di kayo nag eenter ng DFU mode.

and DFU mode ba is ung black screen but detected ng itunes?or is it the same as the phone in recovery mode..

once you've entered DFU mode may indication po sa system tray na may device na naka boot sa DFU mode..
recovery mode has an itunes logo and a plug symbol in it.

to force restart press all the buttons simultaneosly..

oh..do you press the home and power key while its plug to itunes?do you need a certain driver for the system to detect it..kasi malfunction lumalabas sakin lagi

basta po latest version itunes nyo walang problema..
