Help po with LG D170

Pag on ko ng LG d170 ng kaibigan ko pinakita lang ung logo ng LG tapos nag vibrate then after that nag off ulit. Yan ang paulit-ulit na nangyayari. Hindi ko rin po ma hard reset kasi di siya tumutuloy sa pag wipe. mag ooff sya bago ma process yung pag hard reset. Pag charge ko hindi tumitigil ang vibrate tapos mag o-on and off sya while showing yung battery logo.

patulong naman po ako mga sir at ma'am.:pray: wala po akong mahanap na ibang reference.
