[HELP]USB ports not working on my toshiba sattelite

Mga bossing, hingi sana ko ng tulong.. yung toshiba sattelite nb10 ko (windows 8.1) ayaw gumana lahat ng tatlong usb port - (1) 3.0 and (2) 2.0. Eto na po ung mga ginawa ko pero nothing works:

1. inunstall ko na lahat ng usb controller drivers, then let windows detect it upon restart
2. inunstall ko ulet lahat ng usb controller drivers then download and install the correct
3. nagrestore default na ako ng bios
4. nagupdate na rin ako ng bios firmware
5. nagclear na rin ako ng cmos - remove battery then press power for a minute while power off then balik battery to power on
6. binago ko na rin power management ng mga usb root hub (uncheck the allow computer to turn off the device)

Working naman lahat ng device (sd card reader, bluetooth, wifi, lan, hdmi, monitor out, audio out, mic...). Yung usb ports lang talaga. Hinala ko baka defective na ung usb controller kasi kahit nsa bios pa lang ako hindi nailaw yung flashdrive ko pag ininsert ko sa port. Pero bakit gumagana ung sd card reader? Nde nman ko makapgboot sa linuxlive cd to check sana kung gagana sa linux kasi wala naman cd rom un at useless din kung magburn ako sa usb ng linuxlive. Since nagana ung sd card, nagburn ako dun ng linuxlive kaso wla nman pala option sa bios to boot on sd.

Baka lang meron pa kau maadvice. Thanks in advance.

Actually I'm working on it rin now. Nagrereformat ako ng Toshiba Satellite.

Problem ko naman kanina ay nagana laht ng usb port pag nakalogin na sa windows. Pero pag sa starting palang, hindi nagana kahit pagpasok sa bios ayaw.

Check mo sa bios baka naka disable yung Legacy USB Support under Advanced option. Enable mo siya
