[help] windows7 firefox crashed..

hepl naman po mga ka symbianize.. white screen lang lumalabas sa firefox at ie ko.. ive done reinstslling pero ganun pa rin.. any help will be very much appreciated..

try to solve by this add, its effective but on mind it enter to the system32 already thats why its hard to fix
