la k magagawa jan, normal tlga tumaas ung ping mo pag may nagbubuffer/gumagamit ng connection maliban sa phone mo. Need mo magpalit ng mas stable n connection kung meron man, I assume di din fiber ung sa lugar nyo (pldt)

pero basic lang ang kaya ko gawin like,
1) assign ip address sa pc
2) then from that group, give alloted speed.
meron pa po ba kayong mas advanced na references?
kahit ano links, pdfs, tuts, tweaks, etc.
