HOT!! Reformat, Flash, Upgrade Firmware using PHOENIX

TS, gusto ko sana upgrade ang firmware ng nokia 6020 kaya lang "USB device not recognized" siya kapag na attach ko na siya.. Kelangan ba talaga na ma detect ito ng windows at mabigyan ng drivers bago magamit ang phoenix..?

syempre kelangan muna madetect ng computer bago madetect ng phoenix.try mo gumamit muna ng pc-suite para madetect cp mo.

Wala naman pong prob sa CP ko bosiing sa Application ni Author po..yun ang lumalabas

Sir na download ko na po using navifirm.

N93i unit ng phone ko version 11.0.009
ung na DL ko version 20.0.89
gusto ko kaci upgrade sa version 20.0.89

kaso pag nasa firmware update na ako wala ung product code
nilagay ko na din ung firmware na na DL ko sa phoenix\product folder

sabi sa ibang blog lagyan daw folder RM-156 pero ganun parin attach ko po image bali ito lumalabas. anu kaya solusyon dito

wew na update ko na ung N93i ko to new firmware

additional info sa TUTS ni TS:

THIS ONLY APPLY SA MGA NAG KA ERROR
DURING FLASHING NA::::::::::::

if may problem kayo like DP1 or usb cant read from phone something like that or error na lumalabas during FLASHING here's the solution:

1.try to uninstall NOKIA PC SUIT contol panel/addremove
uninstall nokia connectivity cable (BUT DONT DELETE PC CONNECTIVITY SOLUTION)

2. after na delete na ung stated sa no.1 remove usb cable sa pc then restart your PC

3.connect phone usb cable (choose PCSUIT) then it will prompt driver installation( i try sa pc win xp pero may error sa driver installation, but tested sa laptop win7 it run smoothly) better if have internet connection para mahanap nya driver easily.....

4.wait for the driver to finished with the driver installation.. when all done installing the driver remove your usb cable....

5. install PHOENIX software ung nasa 1ST page sa ng THREADS ni TS

6. after done installing dont open Phoenix

7. download firmware package ok din po ung download using NAVIFIRM pero compllicated po. firmware package see 1st page.

rationale: ( why firmware package): kasi if firmware package pag ka install mo direct na cya sa destination folder, while navifirm need mo pa e set ung folder duon sa phoenix.... i advise download the package ung bigay ni TS sa 1st page link..

8. extract the firmware that you downloaded sa path nato c: nokia/phoenix/product....default na po ang location nyan if you will install the FIRMWARE.


6. if done installing the firmwaRE proceed na po kayo sa STEP 4 yung sa TUTS ni TS sa 1st page ng threads

P.S disable antivirus and windows firewall when doing flashing
sorry walang sreenshot cp mode lng po ako
and this work on my phone 100% po FB nlng sa mag try
maraming salamat po kay TS sa useful threads nya

Steadtler boss download mo po ung firmware package if install
mo na ung firmware dont change the directory file..

crogramfiles/nokia/phoenix/product

yan po, kci gagawa cya ng folder NG FIRMWARE ex: RM-156

madetect ng phoenix bali ganito po kalalabasan:

crogramfiles/nokia/phoenix/product/RM-156

if sa navfirm mo nman na download ung firmware need mo pa po gumawa ng folder sa loob ng product folder ng phoenix ex: RM-156 depende sa cp po yan

then e set mo nman cya sa phoenix
tools-option-productloaction

then change the directory folder of data package 1.0 at ung datapackage 2.0(user location)

click add lang po then locate the created folder: like sa example ko RM-156 locate lng un...
