I need help! Yung starmobile up ko kasi eh nagsstuck sa starmobile logo for 3 seconds then shutdown siya tapos diretso siya sa no command na interface then ginawa ko na ung factory reset pero wala nangyayari.

Share ko lng broww sana makatulong ... yung sakin kasi, lagi ganyan,,. hanggang logo lang talga... ts gitry ko mag change ng batthery.. ayun gumana
may factory defect siguro bat ng starmobile.
