I'm using this but yung DL at UP cap hinde yata gumagana. Yung block lang.

Same here, hindi gumagana yung bandwidth cap feature, tapos nakikita ko lang na gumagalaw sa ibang device ay yung upload. Di ko sure kung sa setup ng router namin o dahil na mismo sa laptop ko.
