How to solve this kind of windows problem?

How can i solve this FDI error? i keep reinstalling my windows
and it keeps on popping out whenever i try to install some programs

anyone out there who can help me out

Hi, I would like to know your OS first, but you can try running this program first then reinstall the application.

- download and run
- this might take 2-3 hours to complete
- please put a check on the following
- for the other options it will be up to you

Reset Registry Permissions
Reset File Permissions
Register System Files
Repair WMI
Repair Windows Firewall
Remove Policies Set By Infections
Remove Temp Files
Repair Windows Updates

If the above mentioned method didn't fixed the error 2350 then you have to change the memory settings. Follow the steps below:
( this is for Windows 7/8, Vista and XP )

Click Start
Type the command, msconfig in the search box and hit Enter
Click on Boot.ini tab and then click on Advanced options
Here tick mark the /MAXEM= box and enter the value 256
Click OK couple of times
Restart your PC
Now start installing the program
On completion of installation perform step 1 to 7 to clear /MAXEM= values
