pampaliit po ba to ng tiyan ako kasi di naman mataba. KAso ung tiyan ko lang mataba.

BTW eto na ginagawa kong cycle sa workout ko:

i do 4 cycles niyan. Bahala kayo iadjust yung timing. Dati start ako from 1 cycle tas 14secs yung rest. Ngayon 4 cycles at 10 secs na lang tlg ang rest.
Bale dito after 4 days magdagdag kayo ulit ng cycle. Which means 4 cycles na din gagawin nio everyday after 12 days.
1st cycle ko: cardio (running,jumping jack, mountain walk or other na tipong nakakapagpapawis)
2nd cycle: sculpting (push up,squat,lifting weights) dito kahit slow movement lang. Dahil sa first cycle mo nasa condition na ang muscles dito ka rin magsisimulang pagpawisan ng husto
3rd cyle: cardio ulit
4th cycle: sculpting/ab exercise (standing ab crunch or depende sa target part) magsisilbing cooldown na din to para hindi manakit ang katawan after at mas lumakas ang masel. ganun po kahalaga ang cooldown.
Diet: di ako nagdadiet(nagrereduce ng kakainin)..healthy eating lang. Iwas sa matataba, carbohydrates, no eating after 6 pero dependi if active ka pa din sa gabi, pag nasa work ako either Smart C, C2 or fit n right lang ini-inom ko.
Super effective. Di po siya quick weight loss. Pero sa ganto halos madali o sure kang makabawas ng 1kg per week. Di ka nagpapagutom tapos 20minutes a day lang yung exercise. Kund di mo magagawa MATABA KA NA LANG FOREVER. I was 89kg before(or yung kung gano ka kataba nung bata ganun pa din nung tumanda) tas a year ago naging 76(nag-aaral pa ako nun pero madalas malaki vacant or half-day kaya na-adik ako sa work-out)but now dahil working na ako i gained a lfew again currently at 83kg
