NAg gygym ako noon at nag stop tumaba ako from 62 to 69..
sa pag try ko nito talagang effective ung workout 1st day ko kahapon naka 3 sets ako. para din akong nag gym sa epekto sumakit katawan ko hehe.
BTW. enge naman po ako tips para ma iwasan ung pagkain nang marami. kasi napaparami kaen ko po eh.

Medyo tumaba ka nga. Need mo talaga mag exercise. Yup. Pagpapawisan at mararamdaman mo talaga ang epekto ng exercise. Metafit Workout kasi eto, kaya medyo masakit sa katawan sa umpisa pero ganun talaga..lalakas din katawan mo eventually that's why I really like this exercise. Sa pakain ng madami advice ko lang try to seperate it bale instead of 1 full meal, try to eat 4-5 small servings. Then more fruits and vegetables. Ako personally, para di napapadami kain ko sa buong araw ginagawa ko it I drink 4 glasses of water pagkagising before mag hilamos and toothbrush then wait for 45 - 60 minutes before kumain. At para di masayang ang 45-60 minutes ginagawa ko is walking for 30 minutes, the remaining 30 minutes or minsan 45-50 minutes ginagawa ko naman are crunches, stretching, 4 minute metafit and intense cardio exercise. Sa hapon ginagawa ko is abs and biceps exercise. By the way, you can do this 4 minute metafit twice a day.

wow!!! masubukan nga eto...dati kasi nagpayat na ako dahil sa pag-gym from 108kgs to 87kgs... tapos napatigil dahil sa busy sa work ayun nagbalik gain na naman sa 97kgs.... subukan ko eto boss...salamat ng marami
