Just curious. I remember each time you connect and disconnect tattoo, new ip ang lumalabas. Tama ba un. So, each tattoo stick has random ip and it will change every connect and disconnect.

i think malalaman nila if gusto nilang alamin.
every location like city or country at each provider may ip ranges to use.
so alam ng system nila which at san at sino if may target ip address silang gustong alamin

so kayang kaya nila e pin point if san ka tlga if nakuha nila ip mo at if gusto tlga nila.
