Hmm, do you have an extra budget? Better go with msi z170a m3 mobo much better than msi b250m mortar... cpu okay na if nag dadalwang isip ka in i3 and i5 okay na ang i3 than i5 okay lang mag sacrifice ng sobrang minimal na difference sa performance than sa budget. For GPU much better intay mo muna sir 1060 na gpu's mas maganda daw un and sobrang kunti lang pinag kaiba sa presyo ng 1050's.. other okay na your good to go

if "gaming" talaga build mo, much better na mag-invest ka dun sa GPU sir

ano ba magandang thermal compound at cpu fan? namamatay kasi PC ko kapag mabigat ang load.

sir alam ko opinion mo ito but better compare first core i3 and core i5 na parehas na kabylake sobrang slight lang nung difference sa performance niya and for single processing sobrang mas maganda ang core i3 kaya don't waste for i5 kung mag i5 ako dagdag na lang ako para sa i7 na kabylake,... kasi there's no huge gap talaga for i3 and i5 na kabylake sobrang minimal lang

rig ko yan sir nung binili ko to 3months ako 11k yung i5 yung i7 nasa 19k ang starting di na kaya ng budget kaya nag i5 ako quadcore naman e and so far oks na oks sya

plano ko talaga sir, kaso tinatamad pa ako mag reformat, at di ko rin naman kasi kailangan yung "speed boost" sa SSD eh, solve na ako sa read/write/boot performance ni HDD

here are my thoughts for 75k php:
mobo: dapat naka Z270 ka for an unlocked i7 7700k. a b250 mobo can't make full use of it.
cpu: unlocked cpu but not Z mobo... either you change this to a 7700 or your mobo to a z270
ram: di mo nabanggit kung ilang frequency ang ginamit mo. minimum should be around 3000mhz
ssd: get an NVME SSD instead sana. it's around 3x faster than a sata ssd.
GPU: too weak for your build. i would recommend getting at least a 1070 sana tapos saka na yung mga liquid cooler at rgb setup. you can always easily add those in the future naman.

other than these, you seem to have a very premium build
