anu po ba sir definition mo ng "bottleneck" ?

ibig ko sabihin sir e kung hindi ba maghahatakan yung performance ng dalawa. yung gamit ko kasi ngayon e athlon x2 2.7gHz at gt 630 parang kaya pa ng vc ko pero yung processor ko parang sumusuko kaya lag sa ibang games.
