comments on your upgrade plans:
cooler: you are using a low power cpu that doesn't overclock kaya no need for liquid cooling. i would rather recommend maybe a coolermaster hyper 212x evo or a cyrorig h7 which can keep your cpu temps to around 50°C~65°C on load
GPU: bakit gtx 680? that is an old gpu and consumes a considerable amount of power compared to the latest generation. i would rather recommend a gtx 1050 ~ 1050ti ~ 1060 3gb depende sa budget mo.
PSU: sorry, hindi ako familiar sa PSU mo and i doubt that its true rated. i could suggest a evga 450bv (or higher) or seasonic s12ii 520w. pwede rin corsair cx series or fsp aurum series.
