Hi, need some advise lang po. Medyo hindi ko kasi talaga core ang system administration kaso since Solo IT person ako sa company namin, halos lahat ng role sakop ko.
Scenarios:
1. Setup ng Internal Server. Dell PowerEdge R430 ang binili namin with VMware ESXi 6.5

2. Though eto lang naman mga balak namin for that server as of now:
a. File Services Server
b. WSUS Server
c. Biometrics Server
3. Guest OS na balak namin i-install ay:
a. Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition 64-bit (1x)
b. Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition 64-bit (1x)
4. Client OS for WSUS:
a. Windows Server 2012
b. Windows Server 2008 R2
c. Windows 10 Professional
d. Windows 7 Professional
5. Number of clients to manage ay minimum of 70 up to 100 workstations
6. Hindi naman kami magdeploy ng Active Directory, ayaw ng HQ namin (Which is nakakabwisit para sa akin dahil ang hirap at mag-isa lang ako mag-manage ng mga workstations and hindi pa naka vendor management
)
Questions:
1. Ano po ba mare-recommend nyong setup?
2. Enough na ba yung number ng Guest OS (Virtual Machines) na i-host ni vmware?
3. Automatically, kailangan ko i-setup ang WSUS sa Windows Server 2012 dahil naka Windows 10 kami at medyo confusing kapag sa Server 2008
4. Kaso gusto ko rin sana gamitin ang Server 2012 for File Services, okay lang ba na nasa iisang virtual machine si WSUS server at File Services Server?
