Kung clustering I would suggest na ibang machine dapat. Purpose kasi ng clustering is failover or Disaster recovery.

Madami po yata yung applications ng clustering. Hindi lang yata for fail over or disaster recovery. For cost effectiveness, load balancing,easy maintenance, and fast deployment and installation of software. Scalability factors is also a good reason for clustering setup.

Ang gusto kasi nung nag tanong is to merge two file servers which is naka depende sa kung ano yung file server nya. A much easier approach is to upgrade the storage size nung file server nya. Pero if security reasons makes him opt for 2 different file servers then separate database and database connections dapat ang gagawin nya and not by clustering.

gagamit kasi ako nang clustering boss, para mapabiLis at magamit ko ang ibang resources like RAM or CPU, just like MPI sa linux, na pede siyang gumamit nang ibang resources, tweak lang nang kunti tapos ok na, para mapabilis ang processing, meron kasi kaming process na halos sa RAM siya gumagamit nang temporary storage, and 500+ GB na RAM, di pa sapat,

ok sana ung freenas. wala akong background dyan pero medyo alam ko ung idea nya. kaso most likely ung luma nilang server ang ipapang server namin. pag medyo nagka-aberya saka ako mag recommend ung freenas. gusto ko muna malaman kung paano takbo ng file transfer namin bago mag upgrade ^_^

Freenas ang mas ok kung ganyan kalayo pare! suggest ko lang.

Pwede to sa group policy ng AD, yun nga lang hindi open source yun.
Hindi ko lang sure kung meron ng open source na pwedng gawin yung requirements na tulad ng kailangan nyo.

Not familiar sa M$ AD so may way para uninstall ang mga programs kahit di MSI? Alam ko kasi sa installation at uninstall dapat naka MSI ang installer.

Good Day po mga ser,

Nagsetup po ako ng pfsense dito sa company po namin ginamit nmin ito para maging dhcp server. It works naman po pero may time po na nawawalan po ng internet and lahat ng workstation eto po nalabas sa browser: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET. Kelangan ko pa pong ireset ang state para po bumalik ang internet. Naka Dynamic IP Address po ang PLDT Internet connection po namin.

Any Suggestions po regarding my concerns.
