May problema yata sa cabling yan sir. You can start checking kung pulido pagka crimp yung mga cables nyo jan. Nangyayari din samen yan and mostly due to not adhering proper cable standards.

try mo each router have different Static IP sa LAN settings same DNS sa galing sa main router ng PLDT.

Probable DNS resolution problem yan. Try mo ito sumusunod kung gagana...
- Sa Router side hanapin mo yung setting for the DNS. Manual set mo yun. Gumamit ka ng google DNS (8.8.8.8).
- Second solution kung nagloloko pa din sa PC mo manual set yung DNS.

Marami kamo router sa network? I assume yung ibang router gagamitin mo lang as Access Point. Dapat yung ibang router disable mo ang DHCP server nila para di sila magbigay ng IP configuration sa mga clients. sa 1 router lang ang naka-enable dapat si DHCP server.

Mangyayari kasi dian mag-uunaan sila magbigay ng configuration sa PC client where the gateway and DNS ay yung kanila, hindi yung main router kung saan nakakabit si pldt.

PfSense: Mga tol patulong. KC pfsense cache ko sa isang pc pwed pag nag dadownload ako pag ulitin ko ang bilis pero pag sa ibang pc hindi na sya mabilis. Di po ba kahit sa ibang pc mag download eh mabilis na sa kabila kc pareho silang dumaan sa pfsense? Tapos ang logs po eh 2016/08/09 04:29:24 kid1| Starting new redirector helpers... Good Pm sa inyo sir, i am the IT of small business company retails and distributor kami ng books, and im new sa industry na to. galing kasi ako sa corporate. they are using centos for fileserver and wala akong idea to conduct a troubleshooting sa linux centos so i was thinking kong meron po ba sa inyo pwede mag turo ng possible tutorial. wala kaming load balancer and web filtering kaya i'm requesting ng possible supplier na mura kong meron po sa inyo mga contacts. kasi sa dati kong pinapasukan wer using fortinet para sa load balancing and web filtering kaya medyo sanay na ako sa high budget pero dito sa new ko malaki talaga adjustment ko. pero plan ko rin mag lagay ng ganyang system dito but depende pa yun how i will defend it and kong papasok ba siya sa systema ng company.

paktay na, edi ang magagawa na lang namin nyan ay magbayad sa mga nawawalang items? which is imposibble naman kaya may duda kami na sinasabotahe ang data sa back office para lumabas na nawawala nga.

Ipa-audit mo yang pinaghihinalaan mong tao tol. haha

NO need na to use two different systems for webfiltering and load balancing.
Pfsense can do both.

Mga ka symb patulong naman po paanu po ito e configure..

kasi po may problema kami sa emails namin yun po sa outlook at naka-domain po yung emails via gmail baka dito po ang may problema..

gusto ko lang po ay ma manage.. at tsaka po ako di pa po ako alam in terms na po sa mga ports at protocol na gagamitin for emails at internet.

@ jamaitim yah pede pfsense lang kaso im not sure if kaya na ni pfsense yung https filtering , naka combine kasi sa akin si pfsense and untagle yung loadbalance failover and nat pfsense yung spam, antiphism, website blocker, popup blocker , https blocker ,virus blocker, exe blocker naka untangle kaya powerful sa akin siya

mga boss try ninyo yong opensource na owncloud po tawag same concept po yan ng dropbox pede po install ng client at pede po via web access yong mga files free po yan pede local at pede via outside basta may public ip kapo...

kaya po ba minsan bumabagal bumibilis un pc ng internet nmin dahil hndi nakaset ng google DNS bawat router namin which is 8.8.8.8

Good Day.. may katanungan lamang ako tungkol sa pFsense

Kaka fresh install ko lang ng pfsense sa isang stand alone machine
ang setup namin ay:

ISP(Eastern) > ISP Modem > (WAN static ip) pfsense machine (LAN dhcp) > Switch > desktop

Modem from isp is nexcomm n560
WAN IP is set to 182.87.xx.52 (1 of the 5 public static ips given by our isp)
WAN Gateway is set to 182.87.xx.51 (gateway provided by isp, also set up as default WAN gateway in pfsense)
LAN IP is set to 192.168.1.1

after everything has been setup. Wala pong internet connection si desktop. pero nakikita ko naman yung web interface ni pfsense when accessing 192.168.1.1
what am I doing wrong?

Things that I have done:
reinstall, swap lan and wan port assignment, swap lan and wan cable, changed wan to dhcp, changed wan to dhcp then attached wan port to a router(nagkaroon ako ng connection), bypass switch by connecting desktop directly to pfsense, disabled dns resolver and enabled dns forwarder, set lan IP to 192.168.1.254,

Under Status > System logs > may message saying arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for 182.87.xx.51 on re1
