Mmm.. requirements sa bank IT? Depende. Hehe marami kasing position na available. Like sa akin is sys ad kailangan may skills ka sa system administration marunong ka rin dapat sa windows at linux. Meron din mga DBA syempre marunong ka dapat sa ibat ibang database like mssql, mysql, oracle or ibm. Meron din programmer dapat may alam kang programming langguage. Meron pa network engineer dapat marunong ka rin sa mga routing, switching, cisco etc.
pero pinakakailangan mo tol aralin kung paano ibenta sarili mo lalo na sa HR kasi kahit gaano ka pa may talent pero sa HR pa lang hindi ka na makakapasa baliwala din.

Ask lang po ako ulit sa inyu masters meron or anung application po especially antivirus na gawing gateway based like pfsense clamav?
May pfsense po kami kaso luma na di na pwde e update at saka di supported yung clamav kaya napa isip ako meron bang antivirus gateway to safeguard my computers in LAN?

if your website runs on PHP then you can use XAMPP. for email you can try MDaemon from ALTn (meron downloadable cracks nya sa p2p). then just make your server secure.

Hi Guys,

Hindi na ako masyadong nagiging active dito kasi hindi na ako sa isang SMB nagwo-work.
Kakalipat ko lang sa isang banko (Nasa top 10.. hehe)
Basta pag may time ako sasagot pa rin ako ng mga katanungan nyo. especially yung mga
nag-struggle sa mga SMB companies na tulad ko dati hehe.

anong security ba un need mo sir para sa web at mail server mo? hehe penge nmn idea para ma-optimize ko din un sinetup ko na web at mail server.

current setup ko now kase im using hmailserver at IIS running on w2012 r2.

tapos di ko na pina open ung port 25 sa ISP ko,which is sabi nila risky na gamitin tong port nato. kaya gumamit nlng ako ng relay server.

Ayus pre ah.. ask ko lang din po yung sa firewall niyo po na watchguard balak ko sanang lumipat from pfsense to commercial firewall SMB network how much po ang ganyang set-up, mostly kasi dito sa companya na tinatrabahoan ko puro open source.
Like pfsense para sa firewall(ips/ids, antivirus, bandwidth management) namin - .
para naman sa File server gamit ko naman is freenas
then sa back-up and sa restoration gamit ko is Macrium Reflect server plus yun lang..
