karlz. okay na yung weight mo sa height mo pero dipende yan sa built ng katawan mo. para tumaas ang talon mo kailangan mo palakasin ang legs mo at abs mo. mas makakatulong yung pampabigat mo kung sa waist line mo ilalagay n keep jumping with it. instead of running try sprinting with the weights on. para matuto kang mag dunk try mo yung mag dunk sa mababang ring muna until makuha mo yung feeling. and ofcourse kailangan malakas ang grip mo sa bola.

to develop shooting sa left hand... we have to start with the basic. use it always.. sa lay up practice the one two step lay up right and one two lay up left. it is a big help to really jump hard pag right handed ka na le lay up using the left. train hard but with the basic fundamentals... stay basic and wag manggaya ng moves ng iba... later own your own moves will be out naturally
raksteady, dapat palakasin mo ankles mo... how? try jumping 10x knees to chess... then 10x touch toes while in the air during jump and 10x touch your heels at your back... do stutter steps and keep practicng jump shot and analyze bakit nangyayari yung ganun..
