MS Office 2016 Product key valid, but it was redeemed by another account

Pa help naman po...big problem kasi sa work ko to. May mga nainstallan ako licensed ms office 2016 using only one account. Hindi ko maactivate yung iba kasi may error na lumalabas pero may ibang pc ako na nainstallan ng same office with its own roduct key using same account, na activate ko naman. eto po yung error...

Better to contact your os provider and return those who failed to activate. We encounter those problems too.
